Delivery

On the day of your scheduled delivery or pick-up, you will receive a confirmation email, as well as follow-up emails regarding the status of your order. In some cases, you will find a link to track your delivery in real-time. Don’t forget to refresh the page for the most up-to-date information.

You can also consult your order status at any time in your Order History.

Express Delivery and MPriority Delivery

It is not currently possible to track your order status in real-time for Express and MPriority Delivery services.

We strive to deliver your Express orders within 2 hours. If, for any reason, the shopper responsible for your order is more than 10 minutes late, you will be contacted. Questions? Need help? Please contact us.

Yes, that's the only way to enjoy the maximum freshness of your food: we carefully transport your order and deliver it directly to your door. You can then unpack your groceries immediately and preserve the freshness of the products.

Thanks to delivery tracking emails, you can plan our arrival at your doorstep to receive your groceries right on time.

Due to high order volumes and staff shortages, Metro may occasionally use third-party services to ensure deliveries. This allows us to continue to ensure the freshness and quality of your order and maintain the timeliness of our service.

Our staff is trained to ensure the freshness and quality of your products and wait while you check your order. Make sure to check for any substitutions that might have been made. All substitution details can be found in your order email.

With Express Delivery and orders fulfilled by our external delivery partners, shoppers will not be able to provide you with the same assistance. In these cases, it is not possible to check your order with the shopper. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one or more products received, you can request a refund through your Order History for regular delivery, or with our customer service at 1-866-595-5554 for Express Delivery.

Standard Delivery

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with one or more of the products you have received, you can send them back with the delivery driver or return them to any Metro store within 14 days*. To learn more, please consult Metro's Return Policy.

* Please note that your delivery may be fulfilled by one of our external delivery partners. In this case, the shopper will not be able to assist you or take your products back. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a product, you can request a refund through your Order History.

Express Delivery

You may not refuse any items upon delivery. If you are unhappy with a product, you can request a refund with our customer service at 1-866-595-5554.

It's rare for a product to be unavailable, but it can happen. If any of the products you ordered sells out, and substitutions are permitted in your preferences, we will do our best to replace it with a similar product. In the case of a price difference, you will be charged the price of the substitution.

If you are not completely satisfied with our choice, we will be happy to refund you the sold-out product.

Express Delivery

If any of the products you ordered sell out, your shopper will call you. If you do not answer the call, they will do their best to choose a similar product to replace the one you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a refund by calling our customer service at 1-866-595-5554.
