Coupons
Coupons are available under the My Coupons tab.
Once your card (plastic or digital) is scanned, the points or dollar discount are indicated on the receipt under the item purchased. These points and discounts are preceded by an asterisk (*).
In general, coupons can only be used once. However, some come in the form of reusable cards. See the specific usage details for each coupon for more information.
To find out how long a coupon is valid, check its expiration date.
Your new coupons are available every Thursday. To make sure to get the most out of them, check the section My Coupons section regularly. You can receive email and mobile app notifications as soon as you receive new coupons.
Simply add your Moi card number to your metro.ca account, make some purchases, and personalized coupons based on the products you bought should be available shortly.
If your coupons are expired, you will not be able to use them. However, you can add available coupons to your card to get the points or discount the next time you purchase an eligible product.
Yes, your added coupons will be visible on metro.ca and on the app, and will be linked to your plastic or digital card, regardless of the one you present at checkout.
Yes. You can access your coupons on the metro.ca site under My Coupons. Add the one you would like to use once in store by presenting your Moi card.
Personalized coupons for exclusive offers are sometimes sent to specific members based on their shopping habits.

If you return a product to the store which you paid for in whole or in part with your rewards points, we will process the return in one of the following ways:
1) We will refund it to you in the form of a gift card,
OR
2) Points redeemed to purchase the product will be credited to your moi account.
Please note that the participating store reserves the right to deduct any base points or promotional points allocated to you at the time of purchase.
