To make the base, mix all ingredients except peanuts until you have a thick dough. Press firmly into a lined loaf pan, then sprinkle with peanuts and press them down lightly.Place in the freezer.Make your caramel by combining all ingredients in a small saucepan and placing it over medium heat. Let it cook for a few minutes, stirring frequently, until bubbly.Remove from the heat and whisk until smooth. Pour caramel over the base and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours to set.Once set, slice into bars.Melt your chocolate and coconut oil, then dip each bar into the melted chocolate, shaking off any excess.Sprinkle bars with more chopped peanuts and sea salt and place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to set, then slice and enjoy!Store in the freezer as they will melt at room temperature.

  • For the base:
