In a large bowl, mix powdered milk, coconut and sesame seeds.In a small pan, heat honey, oil and peanut butter over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.Remove from heat and add dry ingredients. Work all ingredients in well with your fingertips.Spread mixture in a 8 inch (20 cm) square baking pan. Pat down evenly; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
