Tête Dure
A semi-firm, washed-rind cheese.
- A mild, milky and fruity aroma combined with a salted butter and nutty flavour.
- Can be enjoyed in salads, raclettes and au gratin dishes.
- Serve on a cheese plate.
Mine D'or
Made from 100% cow’s milk.
- Made from 100% cow’s milk.
- Buttery flavour with slightly woody notes.
- The longer this cheese is kept at room temperature, the softer it becomes.

A soft, bloomy rind cheese
- Made from 100% pasteurized cow’s milk and cream.
