In an airtight container, combine all the ingredients for the tofu marinade. Add the tofu cubes and make sure they are completely coated in the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.Prepare the croutons:Add the bread cubes in a bowl. Add the oil and salt and mix with your hands to make sure the bread is completely coated.Cook the bread in a pan for about 5 minutes or until the croutons are golden and crispy.Prepare the vegetablesAdd the vegetables for the salad in a bowl.
