    olive oil

  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    honey
  • 2
    garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)
    fresh mint, chopped

  • salt and pepper to taste
