Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F).In a non-stick frying pan, place the tilapia fillets and baste with the mustard on all sides.On a clean work surface, place the coriander seeds and crush the seeds using the bottom of a heavy-bottomed pot or kitchen hammer. Crush the coriander seeds using a mortar and pestle, or place on a clean work surface and crush using the bottom of a heavy-bottomed pot or kitchen hammer.Sprinkle the crushed seeds on all sides of the fillets. Add salt, pepper and a few drops of lime juice.Cook in the oven for about 12 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked.
