  • 3 lbs
    (1 1/3 kg)
    fresh pork side ribs
  • Marinade

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    honey
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    brown sugar
  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)
    fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 3
    garlic cloves, chopped

  • juice of 1 lime

  • ground pepper to taste
