Cut the pork into thin slices and flatten them to make small cutlets.
In a bowl, combine garlic, ginger, green onions, Teriyaki sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and Frank’s RedHot sauce.
Pour the marinade over the brochettes and marinate 2 hours in refrigerator, well covered.
Place all ingredients for the dipping sauce in a small saucepan, heat and adjust the consistency with more or less water.
Insert the small skewers in the pork slices.
Grill the brochettes 1-2 minutes on each side.
Serve with the dipping sauce and sprinkle with cilantro.
