Tofu Tzatziki :In a blender, blend tofu with olive oil and lemon juice until smooth.Transfer tofu mixture to a bowl and mix in grated cucumber, garlic, and salt and pepper. Refrigerate.Parsley Salad :Toss all ingredients together and refrigerate.Tofu Shawarma :Mix dry spices in medium bowl. Add sliced tofu, gently toss to coat tofu.Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan on medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and cook for 3 minutes, then add the spiced tofu and soy sauce. Preparation
