Prepare Wholly Veggie Southwest Broccoli Veggie-full Meal according to packaging instructions.
Mix Southwest Broccoli Meal with cooked quinoa.
Crush tortilla chips into the bowl and mix.
Divide mixture evenly between the 4 tortillas.
Fold in ends and roll up into burrito shape.
Preheat non-stick pan on medium-high.
Place 2 burritos seam side down in pan, and heat 2-3 minutes. Turn burritos over and cook and additional 2-3 minutes. Repeat with remaining 2 burritos.
Cut burritos in half and and serve with guacamole.
Garnish with lime wedges and your favourite hot sauce.
