Prepare Wholly Veggie Southwest Broccoli Veggie-full Meal according to packaging instructions.Mix Southwest Broccoli Meal with cooked quinoa.Crush tortilla chips into the bowl and mix.Divide mixture evenly between the 4 tortillas.Fold in ends and roll up into burrito shape.Preheat non-stick pan on medium-high.Place 2 burritos seam side down in pan, and heat 2-3 minutes. Turn burritos over and cook and additional 2-3 minutes. Repeat with remaining 2 burritos.Cut burritos in half and and serve with guacamole.Garnish with lime wedges and your favourite hot sauce.Source: Wholly Veggie

    Wholly Veggie Southwest Broccoli Veggie full meals
  • 1 1/2 cups
    (375 ml)
    cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup
    (250 ml)
    tortillas chips
  • 4
    gluten free tortillas
  • 1 pkg
    guacamole
  • 1
    lime cut into wedges
  • To taste
    hot sauce

Preparation

Prepare Wholly Veggie Southwest Broccoli Veggie-full Meal according to packaging instructions.
