Spread cream cheese on the bagel slices.Place the slices of smoked trout and onion on one slice of the bagel.Pour the olive oil and lemon juice very slowly.Place a few fresh basil leaves on the bagel.Garnish with capers.Close the sandwich with the other half of the bagel.
