Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C).
Cut top of the pumpkin off and remove seeds and filaments. Make small incisions in the flesh taking care not to cut through rind. Bake 30 minutes.
In a skillet, cook vegetables in butter until tender. Add pork, tomatoes, carrots and potatoes. Season with oregano, basil, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Stuff pumpkin with mixture. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 5 more minutes.
