Preheat the oven to 310°F.
Coat the pork shoulder with the seasoning and brown sugar.
Heat the oil in a pan on high. Sear both sides of the pork shoulder.
Place the pork shoulder, garlic, and onion in a large baking dish.
Pour the orange juice, soy sauce, and brown sugar in the dish.
Cover the dish and cook in the oven for 4 hours.
Flip the meat halfway through cooking.
Remove the meat from the broth. Filter the broth. In a pan on high, reduce the broth until it thickens.
Shred the pork. Add the pulled pork to the sauce.
Add the pork, marinated vegetables, cilantro, and mayo in the baguette.
