Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).In a non-stick skillet, brown the onion and garlic in oil for 2 minutes.Add the pork and continue cooking for 8 to 10 minutes.Add the soy sauce and water. Mix well.Simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes. Set the mixture aside.Make small cuts along the entire length of the baguette. Then carefully remove the crumb inside.Stuff the bread with the pork preparation. Top with the cut-away piece of baguette and wrap in aluminum foil.Cook in the oven about 20 minutes.Slice the bread and serve with spinach and tomato salad.
