Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).In a bowl, mix cheeses, garlic, basil and the pepper.Cut the chops lengthways to create a pocket.Divide the cheese mixture into 4 equal parts and insert them into the chops.In a pan, cook over medium the stuffed chops in butter and oil for 2 to 3 minutes per side to give them a nice colour.Continue cooking in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
