Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.Make two small incisions in the fat to prevent the chops from curling during cooking.Sprinkle chops with mint and basil. In a skillet, heat oil and brown chops 11/2 min. per side.Put browned chops in a shallow baking dish. Set aside.In a bowl, mix orange juice, soya sauce, honey, garlic and ginger together. Pour over chops.Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake 20 min.Meanwhile, sprinkle pepper on orange slices.Five minutes before end of cooking, top chops with orange slices on and continue cooking uncovered.Serve chops with rice and asparagus.
