Preheat the barbecue to high.Thoroughly mix the marinade ingredients and pour over the pork chops. Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.Place the apples, pineapple, butter and cinnamon on a large sheet of aluminium foil folded double. Shape into a package and seal the ends.Drain the chops and cook the meat at the same time as the foil package. Close the cover and grill 8 to 10 minutes or to taste.Turn the chops 3 or 4 times as they cook.Baste and season well. Turn the foil package once.
