In a shallow dish, mix marinade ingredients.Set 3 Tbsp. (45mL) of marinade aside.Add walleye fillets to remaining marinade and cover with plastic wrap.Refrigerate 1 hour.On the BBQ:Preheat barbecue to medium.Drain fillets and put them in a lightly oiled grilling basket.Place basket on the grill and close BBQ lid.Cook about 8 minutes without turning fish.Drizzle fish with marinade set aside just before serving.Serve with Brussels sprouts and wild rice.In the oven:Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).Drain walleye fillets and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.Place fillets in oven and cook for about 8 minutes without turning fish.Drizzle fish with marinade set aside just before servingServe with Brussels sprouts and wild rice.

  • 2/3 cup
    (170 mL)
    grapefruit juice
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)
    hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    sesame oil
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    chinese five-spice blend
  • 1
    lime, juice and zest
  • 4x5 oz
    (4x150 g)
    fresh walleye fillets

Preparation
