In a shallow dish, mix marinade ingredients.
Set 3 Tbsp. (45mL) of marinade aside.
Add walleye fillets to remaining marinade and cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
On the BBQ:
Preheat barbecue to medium.
Drain fillets and put them in a lightly oiled grilling basket.
Place basket on the grill and close BBQ lid.
Cook about 8 minutes without turning fish.
Drizzle fish with marinade set aside just before serving.
