Finely crush 12 Oreos and mix with melted chocolate; set aside.Line an 8-inch (20 cm) round by 4-inch (10 cm) high bowl with plastic wrap overhanging the sides.Line bowl with 25 Oreos in a single layer. Break 3 Oreos in half to cover spaces near edge of bowl. Fill small spaces between Oreos with crushed Oreo chocolate mix.Spoon in 1 tub of cookies and cream ice cream; pressing down to fill half the bowl.Layer with 8 Oreos over the ice cream. Fill with second tub of ice cream, pressing to fill to edge of bowl.Arrange 6 slices chocolate roll on top and cover with overhanging plastic wrap.Freeze at least 4 hrs to harden. Invert ice cream bomb onto a serving plate and remove plastic wrap.Garnish with berries and mint.Slice with a serrated knife to serve.

    (100 g)
    Cadbury Dairy Milk, milk chocolate, melted
  • 2 container
    Cookies and Cream ice cream
  • 1/2
    chocolate Cake Roll, sliced into 6 equal pieces
  • 1/3 cup
    (80 ml)
    mixed fresh berries
  • To garnish
    mint leaves

Preparation
