Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.In a bowl, mix lemon juice, garlic, basil, salt and pepper into cheese with a fork.Spread cheese mixture over fillets.Top with red pepper and black olives.Roll fillets up and secure with a toothpick.Place fish rolls on a lightly oiled cookie sheet.Bake 18-20 min or until fish is opaque.Serve fish with fresh lemon and basil.
