To make a Monster, cut cake in half horizontally.Place bottom half cut-side up on dessert plate. Put a scoop of ice cream in the centre of the cake and top with second half, frosted-side up.For eyes, use two dabs of marshmallow topping with a candy in the centre of each.For legs, squeeze chocolate sauce onto plate in squiggly lines beginning at base of cake.Serve immediately.

Preparation

To make a Monster, cut cake in half horizontally.
