In a large bowl, combine the mint, lemon juice, orange juice and honey. With a melon baller, scoop melon balls and place in bowl. Add strawberries, grapes and kiwis and stir to combine with sauce. Let rest at room temperature for 15 minutes to the flavours develop.Divide the fruit salad into 8 parfait glasses or 8 small bowls. (You can make this fruit salad in advance and store, covered. It will keep until the next day in the refrigerator.)
