Pre-heat the oven at 350°F / 180°C.Beat the butter, egg and juice until creamy.Add the Betty Crocker supreme dessert bar mix M & M.Add the pecans.Bake in a greased pan approximately 20 minutes.For the icing, mix the last four ingredients ad spread over the cooled mixture.
