In a skillet over medium heat with olive oil, sweat shallot with garlic or garlic flower. Season with salt and pepper, then add the crushed chili flakes.When the shallot is translucent, add the ground beef and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring, or until the meat is cooked. Drain off juices if necessary.Add olives and spinach and continue cooking, stirring, until spinach is tender.Remove pan from heat and add feta cheese, dill, oregano and mint.Taste and adjust seasoning.Serve in pitas with tzatziki, then garnish with a little more chopped fresh mint.Source: Folks and Forks
