Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).In a bowl, mix the oil with the spices.On a baking sheet, spread out the pita wedges and baste them with the flavoured olive oil. Set aside the remaining oil.Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes, or until the pitas are lightly browned and crisp.In 4 plates, place a small spoonful of the goat cheese, top with a pita wedge, then garnish with a beet slice. Repeat twice more for each plate.Drizzle each dish with the remaining flavoured oil and serve.
