Remove flour tortilla from dinner kit and arrange on 2 large baking sheets. Bake in preheated oven at 400F for 6-8 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool on baking sheets.Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add thawed meatballs, cook for 3 minutes while breaking them up into large crumbles. Add taco seasoning mix from kit and can of stewed tomatoes. Cook further 2 minutes.In a small bowl, combine sour cream and taco sauce from kit.Spoon chili mix over baked tortillas and drizzle with creamy taco sauce. Garnish with diced avocado, cheddar, cilantro, green onion, and pickled jalapeño.
