In a big bowl, combine marinade ingredients and add fish fillets. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.In a skillet, sear fillets flesh side down for 2 minutes. Turn fish over, cover and continue cooking over low heat for 3 - 4 minutes. Remove and keep warm.In the same skillet, sear bok choy and add marinade. Reduce by half.
