  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)
    maple syrup
  • 2
    bay leaves
  • 1
    garlic clove, sliced very fine

  • freshly ground white or pink pepper to taste

  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Combine all marinade ingredients.

Marinate salmon fillets, skin-side up, in the refrigerator for about two hours.
