In a bowl, mix sauce ingredients together, reserving half of the toasted coconut. Season with salt and pepper and keep cool.In a ridged skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook fish 4-5 minutes per side.Before serving, put a piece of mahi-mahi on each plate, top with sauce and sprinkle with reserved coconut.

  • mahi-mahi
  • sauce :

  • 3/4 cup
    (190 mL)
    plain yogurt
  • chili sauce

  • 1/4 tsp.
    (1 mL)
    Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp.
    (3 mL)
    minced hot pepper
  • 1
    garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    minced lime zest
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    shredded coconut, toasted

Preparation
