Preheat barbecue to high.In a bowl, combine beef with caramelized onions, onion, garlic, parsley, olive oil, HP sauce, pepper, egg yolk and salt.Make patties. Grill patties until thoroughly cooked and showing no pink. Set aside.Brush buns with butter and toast on the grill when patties are almost done. Serve hamburgers with tomatoes and lettuce.
