In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade.Cut the chicken thighs in two, lengthwise. Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes in the fridge. (You can marinate the chicken longer for more flavour)Preheat the BBQ.Cook both sides of the chicken on the grill for 15 minutes.Serve on the Naan bread with the tzatziki, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and cucumber slices.NOTE: I recommend cooking the chicken on a non-stick reusable BBQ grill mat.Source: Max L'Affamé

Preparation

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade.

Cut the chicken thighs in two, lengthwise. Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes in the fridge. (You can marinate the chicken longer for more flavour)

Preheat the BBQ.

Cook both sides of the chicken on the grill for 15 minutes.

Serve on the Naan bread with the tzatziki, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and cucumber slices.

NOTE: I recommend cooking the chicken on a non-stick reusable BBQ grill mat.
