    sour cream
  • 1 tsp.

    fresh parsley, chopped

    Berthelet Indian liquid seasonings :

Preparation

Mix Berthelet Indian seasoning with sour cream for a garnish.

Serve 250 ml of cream of chicken soup in each bowl.

Spoon 15 mL (1 Tbsp.) of Indian sour cream on top of each bowl of cream of chicken soup, sprinkle with chopped parsley and freshly ground black pepper.

Serve hot.
