Heat peanut butter and honey in a large skillet over medium high heat for 1 minute or until mixture begins to bubble around the edges.Add cereal, muesli, cranberries and apricots, stirring to combine. Remove from heat and scrape mixture into a parchment lined 9 x 13 inch baking dish.Add chocolate chips and coconut avocado oil to a small bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring after each interval until melted. Spoon chocolate over bars.Refrigerate uncovered for 2 hrs or until set. Slice into 24 bars.
