In a deep fryer, heat oil to 190°C (375°F). In a large plastic bag, mix the flour, salt and pepper.Place the fish in the bag one at a time and shake gently until well coated.Set the fish aside, and place the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.Fry the fish until it is golden brown, about 8 minutes.Drain on a paper towel. Sprinklen both sides of the fish with the herb and spice mixture, coating well.
