Preheat oven to broil.Place snapper fillets on a lightly oiled baking sheet on a rack 5 in. (13 cm) below broiler. Broil 12-15 min. or until fish flakes easily with a fork.Meanwhile, in a skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) oil and cook green onions, pepper and ginger 1 min. Add pineapple chunks and honey. Cook another 3 min. Add Tabasco sauce Tabasco and cook 1 min. or until liquid evaporates.Serve snapper with pineapple salsa.
