Tonkatsu sauce :
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
Panko breading :
Put the flour in a plate.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Mix the panko breadcrumbs and maple sugar in a large plate.
Then cover pork chops with the flour on both sides, then in the eggs and last in the panko breadcrumbs mix.
Reserve.
Frying :
In a frying pan put 3/4 cup of oil and heat over medium heat, wait 5 minutes and add the pork chops and fry them 4 minutes on each side.
Then remove and put on paper towels.
Coleslaw :
Shed green and red cabbage and add Le Connaisseur maple mayonnaise, mix.
Assemble the burger :
Butter the breads and grill.
