  • Le Connaisseur poutine sauce
  • 1/2 lb
    (200 g)
    cheese curds or more
  • .15 lb
    (70 g)
    cooked bacon cut into pieces
  • .17 lb
    (80 g)
    hot dog sausages cut into rings
  • .17 lb
    (80 g)
    cooked onion
  • 4 tablespoons
    (60 ml)
    maple mayonnaise

Preparation

Heat the oil in the fryer to 275°F.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks
