In a large mixing bowl add the butter. Using an electric hand mixer sift in the sugar followed by the vanilla and salt. Beat until frosting is light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.Evenly divide mixture amongst three mixing bowls. Add yellow food colouring to one bowl, orange food colouring to another bowl and leave the third one as is.Stir until the food colouring is well blended and desired colour is reached. Transfer each colour to a piping bag fitted with a start tip.Pipe a swirl of each colour onto the prepared cupcakes and top with sprinkles.Enjoy!
