Melt cheese and butter in a pan over medium heat.Stir in milk and flour.Season with Cayenne pepper. Add smoked almonds.Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 1 hour.Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).Slit dates lengthways and pit them.Stuff each date with a small ball of the cheese mixture.Put stuffed dates on a baking sheet and brown.Serve hot.
