Heat the oil in a pan on medium.Season the chicken with the Irresistibles Montreal grilled chicken seasoning. Cook the chicken breasts for 5 to 6 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.In the same pan, cook the garlic for 1 to 2 minutes.Add the chicken broth and spinach. Let the broth simmer for 2 minutes so the spinach gently cooks.Add the cream and parmesan. When the cream starts to bubble, add the chicken breasts and cover the pan.
