Heat a griddle or pan at medium-low heat.In a bowl, combine the chocolate milk, egg and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ones until just combined.Pour about ¼ of the mixture for each pancake on the griddle or pan. Cook until the sides just start to harden. Flip and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.Make the whipped cream by combining the cream, maple syrup and coffee and whipping with a hand mixer until you get stiff peaks.Top the pancakes with the whipped cream and Oatbox White Chocolate & Coffee granola to taste.Source : Oatbox
