Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.Cut each chicken breast in two halfway through the thickness.Place each chicken breast on an oiled sheet of aluminum foil.Flatten the chicken breasts with a rolling pin.Place a slice of ham, some Parmesan cheese and seasonings insidethe chicken.Brush with oil.Seal the aluminum foil en papillote, grill for 10 to 15 minutes.
