Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).Brush the channa filets with the oil, and set aside.Place the citrus slices on a sheet of aluminum foil and cover with the fish.Add the remaining ingredients.Wrap the filets in the aluminum foil and bake until the flesh becomes opaque, approximately 10 minutes.
