    salmon fillet with skin
  • 1
    unvarnished cedar plank, 1 in. (2.5 cm) thick, about 6 in. (15 cm) wide, and 4 in. (10 cm) shorter than the width of the barbecue
  • Marinade

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)
    olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)
    minced shallot
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)
    chopped ginger
