Caramelized seitan:Use your fingers to break the seitan up into chunks.Place the seitan chunks in a non-stick pan on medium high. Sauté for 8 minutes or until they’ve turned golden brown.Add the BBQ sauce and mix thoroughly. Cook for 2 minutes or until the sauce has caramelized. Set aside.Dressing:Add the ranch dressing and water in a bowl and stir until you get a smooth texture. Add the fresh parsley and stir. Set aside.Salad:Place the lettuce, red bell pepper, cucumber, carrots, radicchio, and avocado in a salad bowl.
