Preheat oven to 400°F.
Peel and core apples and slice into wedges. Lightly butter the bottom of a baking dish and sprinkle brown sugar over it. Place apple wedges in the baking dish and lightly sprinkle more brown sugar over top. Bake for 15 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool.
Trim watercress and place on serving plate. Arrange cooled caramelized apples and blueberries around watercress. Top with apple cider and olive oil dressing. SOURCE: Caramelized Granny Smith Apples Salad
