To a saucepan add the apple cider, brown sugar, vanilla, & cinnamon. Bring to a boil & reduce to a simmer until liquid reduces by half, about 10 minutes. Set aside until ready to use. The syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.When ready to serve add the syrup to a mug followed by the espresso. Froth the oat milk using a handheld or automatic milk frother.Pour milk over espresso. Dust with cinnamon & drizzle with caramel sauce if desired. Enjoy!

    apple cider
  • 1/2 cup
