In a bowl, mix oil, orange juice, chives and shallots.Marinate cubed pike filets about 20 minutes.Thread cubes of pike on brochettes and barbecue about 4 minutes on each side.Grill lemon slices on the barbecue. Set aside.In a small pan, add cornstarch and heat marinade until it thickens.Put brochettes on a platter and cover with marinade. Garnish with grilled lemon slices.
